For those of you who love the outdoors we have two fully equipped Mini Lodges available for the ultimate hassle-free camping adventure. Sleeping two persons comfortably and with fully equipped outdoor kitchen it’s home in the outdoors. Rabbits Burrow even comes with its very own two person Scandinavian wood fired hot tub. Love camping but don’t want the hassle of pitching a tent or just want a little more luxury from your camping holiday then glamping in one of our yurts is for you. We have four fully equipped Mongolian Yurts for hire at Moss Howe. Each yurt comes with its very own Scandinavian wood fired hot tub, wood burning stove, fully equipped kitchen and linen. From March we will open our brand new onsite food wagon serving up freshly baked bread, croissants, pain-au-chocolat as well as some regular specialist food evenings for you all to enjoy. Pre-order available on site.
Forgotten something from home or would like to treat yourself to something special? Our on-site shop is packed full of delicious locally sourced food, gifts, essentials and much more. This includes freshly brewed barista coffee, tea and hot chocolate throughout the day, logs for the campfire as well as plenty of snacks including ice creams and soft drinks. Croissants, pan-au-chocolate and freshly baked baguettes will be available in the morning (pre-order only). So whether it’s a continental breakfast or a BBQ feast we’ll have what you need.
We also offer a phone charging facility in the shop at a cost of £1 per item – you must have you own charger and lead.
We have teamed up with the guys at EaseEride to bring electric bike hire to Moss Howe Farm. Experience the freedom and excitement of electric biking as you explore the breath-taking landscapes of the South Lake District and Morecambe Bay area.
